Prerequisites​

Before starting your cloud setup, ensure you have:

  • ​Valid Business Email​: Corporate email address for account creation
  • ​Internet Connectivity​: Stable connection for setup and ongoing use
  • ​Modern Web Browser​: Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, or Edge 90+
  • ​Organization Details​: Company name and organizational information

Account Creation​

Step 1: Access Datadios Cloud​

  1. Navigate to https://prod.datadios.com/login
  2. Click "Create Account" or "Sign Up" if you're a new user

Step 2: Sign Up Process​

Complete the registration form with the following information:

  • ​First Name​: Your first name
  • ​Last Name​: Your last name
  • ​Email​: Business email address (will be used for login)
  • ​Password​: Create a secure password
  • ​Confirm Password​: Re-enter your password
  • ​Organization Name​: Your company or organization name

Step 3: Account Configuration​

During sign-up, you'll configure:

  • ​Create Sample Data Sources​: Choose "Yes" to get started with sample data, or "No" for a clean setup
  • ​Private Cloud​: Select "Yes" if you require private cloud deployment, otherwise "No" for standard cloud

Step 4: Complete Registration​

  1. Click "SIGN UP" to create your account
  2. Check your email for verification message
  3. Click the verification link to activate your account

Step 5: First Login​

  1. Return to https://prod.datadios.com/login
  2. Enter your credentials:
    • ​Email​: The email address you registered with
    • ​Password​: Your chosen password
    • ​Tenant ID​: Will be provided after account creation (if applicable)
  3. Click "SIGN IN"

Alternative Login Options​

  • ​Microsoft SSO​: Click "Sign In with Microsoft" if your organization uses Microsoft authentication
  • ​Forgot Password​: Use the "Forgot password?" link if you need to reset your credentials

Initial Configuration​

Once you've successfully logged in to your Datadios account, you'll need to configure your platform for optimal use. This includes setting up data sources, user management, security policies, and platform features.
